We arrived early before check in time and staff was very helpful and pleasant, allowed us to swim to kill time before our room was ready, the pool area and water park was great! Kids had a blast. It was clean, rooms were clean, pizza was great. The only thing I would maybe change is to have waffles premade and put in a Chafing Dish to keep warm so there is not a long line as they take a few minutes to cook, other than that, it was great. We will definitely come back to stay.

The staff was friendly. The on-site Boss Pizza Restaurant and Bar was excellent and reasonably priced. Our room had plenty of space for the 5 of us. I like the 2 doors in the room. One door entered from the back hallway, and the second door entered the pool, arcade, tiki bar, and restaurant. The pool/waterpark had at least 6 lifeguards, which was very nice to see. Most hotels usually have a sign simply stating no lifeguard on duty.

Location. My room seemed updated and smelled nice. Pool and arcade were open. Nice grass area around the hotel to walk a dog. Also, they have an enclosed courtyard area for a pet or just a space to hang out. Beds and pillows were comfy. The front desk was nice,attentive. Overall, kids had fun. It was a good stay with the family.

We specifically stayed there because of the water park which the kids loved. Derrick ( one of the life guards) was exceptional! He was firm with the kids but personable and interacted so well with all kids. He acted happy to be there and the kids thought he was great- as did I.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews & complainers..we loved the property! Ya the rooms weren't anything special and kind of outdated, but the price was great, especially for having the indoor waterpark area.
